Existing Conditions
Heliacal Design, LLC will meet you on site to gauge where you are currently and where you want to go. For new homes, we work with a local surveyor to evaluate your lot. For additions, we measure what’s there and turn it into a 3D model.
Design
Heliacal Design, LLC takes the 3D model and creates multiple design ideas. Together with the client these options are reviewed and a final design emerges.
Construction
Heliacal Design, LLC has an experienced team of subcontractors on the ground.
Finished Space
Heliacal Design, LLC takes the time to get it done right, as if it was our own.
